We offer live and post-production captioning for broadcast and on-demand content. Our live captioners are all certified through the National Court Reporters Association. Carolinas Captioning uses a quality control protocol to ensure Federal Regulations are met for live and post-production captioning. Real-Time Text Streaming

Carolinas Captioning uses 1CapApp, www.1capapp.com, to deliver live captions/CART to your event. As co-founder of 1CapApp, Carolinas Captioning developed a multichannel approach to captioning/CART. This allows outputs to various devices with one link, as well as delivering a rough-draft transcript immediately to those with permission.

Real-Time
Text Transcription and Basic Transcription

When you need the text of your event fast, this product is for you. Carolinas Captioning will dial into your conference call, webcast, or other media and produce a real-time transcript. This transcript is delivered within an estimated time frame of one hour of proofreading for every one hour of recording. So a two-hour call will be delivered in two hours after its completion. If you choose to waive the proofreading time, you can have a transcript immediately following your event.

We can also produce transcripts of your recordings, with or without time codes.

Rates vary according to length and difficulty.
